ABOUT THE BLACKS
The Griffith Blacks Rugby Club have a proud tradition dating back to 1960.
​
Over the years the club has produced some exceptional rugby players and won many championships.
​
The club prides itself on tradition, respect, fair play and gamesmanship.
GBRC play in the SIRU (Southern Inland Rugby Union) competition which encompasses 9 other clubs from the Wagga area, Albury, Leeton, Hay, Tumut and Deniliquin.
Fielding four senior grades; 1st Grade, Womens, 2nd Grade and 3rd Grade consistently in the SIRU competition, the GBRC is also fortunate to have a great pathway for the juniors through the Griffith Junior Rugby Union Club with many juniors successfully becoming great senior players!
